Under this policy, you have the right to cancel or request a refund for a course/ service under certain circumstances.
Cancellation & refund conditions;
1. These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website.
- You can cancel any course/ program/ service at any moment if you are not satisfied.
- Only the courses/ programs/ services longer than 3 months duration can be cancelled. Courses/ programs/ services shorter than 3 months will not be cancelled. The Abacus Mental Maths program purchased on a Monthly recurring fee payment system is eligible for cancellation.
- If cancellation request is raised within 14 days of making payment, no deduction will be done and a FULL refund will be provided.
- If the cancellation request is raised after 14 days of making payment, the refunds will be provided on Pro-rata basis and the refund will be provided after deducting the charges for the duration from the day when the course/ program/ service started until the day cancellation request was raised.
- Once we receive your cancellation/ refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
- Once the cancellation/ refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or original method of payment. No cash payment will be made.
- Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 7 to 10 bank working days.
Registration charges;
Registration charges for the enrolment in any course/program/service (if any) will not be refunded in any case.
Non- Refundable Courses/ programs;
Certain courses/ programs/ services/ offered by ReLearn Education are Non- Cancellable and Non-Refundable. Such courses cannot be claimed under this cancellation/ refund policy. The Non-Cancellable courses/ programs/ services will have a mention of Non-Cancellable on course/ product/ service page.
